How can we help?

Payments

Cards, UPI and net banking through our payment partner. The exact options appear on the checkout screen and depend on your country.

Open Billing from the sidebar. Every successful payment has a PDF invoice you can download any time, and a copy is emailed to you the moment the payment goes through.

No. A failed payment is never charged. If money left your account anyway, it is usually a temporary hold that your bank releases within 5 to 7 working days. Try again, or use a different method.

Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. You can resume any time before that date.

If you were charged by mistake or something did not work, ask our team from this chat and a person will review it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Account

On the sign-in page choose Forgot password, or sign in with Google if that is how you joined. If you no longer have access to the email, contact us from this chat.

Email changes need a quick identity check, so ask from this chat and our team will handle it.

Open Settings and find Your data. Choose Delete account and type your account email to confirm. Your uploads, posts and connected accounts are removed and any active plan is cancelled. This can't be undone. To only stop Outlly posting somewhere, disconnect that platform in Accounts instead. You can also download a copy of your data from the same place first.

Publishing

It publishes through each platform's official API. For that to work, a developer app has to exist for each platform and be approved for the permissions that posting needs — which is a review process run by Meta, Google and X, not by us. Until an app is approved and your account is connected, a destination cannot be published to.

A professional Instagram account — Business or Creator — linked to a Facebook Page. Meta's Content Publishing API does not publish to personal profiles, so a personal account cannot be a destination.

X's API is tiered, and video upload plus posting sits on the paid tiers. Whether X works for you depends on the access level of the developer app you connect. Rate limits on your tier apply to Outlly the same way they apply to any other client.

Each destination is its own job. The ones that succeeded stay published, the failed one keeps its real error — expired token, rejected media, rate limit — and you can retry only that destination once the cause is fixed.

Whatever the platform's API returns for a post we published: typically views and basic engagement. Coverage differs per platform and changes when the platforms change their APIs, so numbers are labelled with where they came from and a destination with no data says so rather than showing a zero.

Technical

In private object storage tied to your account. Files are served through signed, expiring links, are never listed publicly, and are deleted when you delete the media. We do not use your footage to train anything.

Yes — 50 MB per file on the free beta, which is the cap on our current storage plan. A trimmed vertical clip of a minute or two usually fits; a long 4K export will not. Larger uploads need a paid storage plan, and raising that cap is part of what the future Creator and Studio plans are for.

Your source files stay downloadable from the library, and posts keep the captions you shipped. Nothing you upload is locked to Outlly.

Check the file is MP4 or MOV and under the size limit of your plan, then retry. Big uploads resume where they left off, so a dropped connection doesn't mean starting over.
